Overview

Controlling an AquaReclaim system requires recording a small set of measurements each day. These readings come either from installed sensors or from samples taken at designated sampling ports. Sampling ports allow you to use test strips or handheld meters to capture a quick snapshot of key parameters such as pH, NOโ‚ƒโป, Clโป, and others.

We provide a simple form for entering these readings manually. Once entered, the data is stored in a database, where it can be displayed as trends and other analysis tools.

These sampling locations are tied toย key process indicators (KPIs). Each KPI serves a specific purpose and helps you quickly isolate potential problems. For example, in AquaReclaim systems that include nanofiltration (NF), one of the most important KPIs isย transmembrane pressure. Under normal operation, this value is fairly stable. As scaling begins to develop inside the NF system, transmembrane pressure will begin to shift. By tracking this KPI, you can determine when to perform a clean-in-place (CIP) treatment or when to inspect related systems such as antiscalant dosing. When combined with permeate and concentrate flow data, this KPI becomes a powerful diagnostic tool.

How to Collect and Upload Your Data

  1. First, locate the KPI map for your system.
  2. Walk to each KPI location and record the readings in your notebook.
  3. Open the KPI upload widget.
  4. Enter your readings into the form.
  5. The system will check your entries and flag values that may have been mistyped.
  6. Once accepted, the data will be stored automatically.
